Frequently asked questions
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $80.
Orders below $80 have a flat $7 shipping fee.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our jewelry pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing — and feel free to message us if you need help selecting a piece 🤍
What if I receive a damaged item?
We're so sorry if that happens! In order to review any damage claims:
- A clear, continuous package opening video is required
- The video must show the sealed package being opened
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
This policy helps us protect both our customers and our small business.
If approved after review, compensation will be determined accordingly.
Why is a package opening video required?
This helps us verify that damage occurred during transit and ensures fair resolution for everyone.
