Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within

12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:

  • Order was cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before dispatch.
  • Product was damaged during shipping, and a valid unboxing video was submitted within 48 hours of delivery (see Return Policy for full video requirements).
  • Wrong product was delivered, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.

 

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within

7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for the following:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant ordered by the customer
  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer mishandling
  • Any reason not listed under Refund Eligibility above

 

All sales are considered final once the order is dispatched. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting evidence (unboxing video or photos as applicable)
