No Returns Policy
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do
NOT accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and/or opened. All sales are final. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully — including size, and quantity — before placing it.
Exception: Damaged Product During Shipping
If your product was damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the strict conditions listed below.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To report a damaged product received during shipping, you MUST provide a clear and complete unboxing video as proof of damage. The video must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Start recording BEFORE touching or opening the package. The sealed parcel must be clearly visible at the very beginning of the video, showing the packaging as received.
- Record the ENTIRE unboxing process continuously, from the sealed parcel to the fully opened contents.
- The video must show the damaged product clearly and completely once the package is opened.
- The video must be in ONE SINGLE, UNCUT, UNEDITED take — absolutely no jump cuts, pauses, edits, or split recordings are accepted.
- The video must be submitted along with your order number to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
IMPORTANT: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video that meets all of the above criteria will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Partial videos, edited videos, or videos that do not clearly show the sealed package at the start are not eligible for a claim.
